Who's behind the scren?

GearUp is a team of cycling enthusiasts that wanted to share their passion to the world trough their products

 

As of today we have a variety of carefully chosen products to make your life safer, fulfilling and enjoyable.

We care about convenience, that's why we're always there to help for any concerns found within the services we provide.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship out within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location but usually range from 5–12 days. You’ll get tracking info as soon as it’s on the move!

What’s your return policy

Not satisfied? No worries. You’ve got 30 days from receiving your order to send it back. Items must be in good condition or have a clear issue to qualify for a refund. Just email info@gearup.co and we’ll sort it out fast

What if my gear arrives damaged or faulty?

We’ve got your back. If something’s wrong with your order, snap a photo and send it to info@gearup.co. We’ll fix it, replace it, or refund you, hassle-free.

Can I request a custom invoice or add VAT details?

Yep! If you need business info or anything specific added to your invoice, just let us know at info@gearup.co right after placing your order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If we haven’t shipped it yet, we can update or cancel your order. Email us at info@gearup.co ASAP. Once it’s on the way, changes aren't possible, but returns are still available.

Will my phone fit in the bike bag or case?

Yes! most of our bags and phone cases are designed to fit all popular smartphones, even with cases. Check the product page for specific size details, or just ask us if you’re unsure!

Does the mini pump work with all bikes?

It’s compatible with most Presta and Schrader valves so road, MTB, and hybrid bikes are all good to go. Lightweight, compact, and ready when you are.
